Live Well Be Well Retreat with Yoga Pearl | Manzanita, OR

Enjoy three glorious nights on the coast in Manzanita, Oregon. There will be morning and evening yoga sessions taught by Tami Apland and Emily Dalsfoist along with opportunities for massage, aroma touch, hiking, beach walks, naps, reading, meaningful conversations, personal exploration and overall relaxation. Emily will play live music in some of the yoga sessions and one evening we will gather around a camp fire for a sing along. Karen Pride will be cooking up wholesome, organic and delicious meals, snacks and desserts. We invite you to gift yourself this time to ground down and care for your mind, body and soul from the inside out. Everyone is welcome. This practice uses myofascial release and self-massage techniques, pranayama and yin yoga poses to reduce pain, release fascial adhesions and improve mobility in the upper body. Starting with the hips, we’ll work our way up to address restrictions and imbalances in the hips, back, arms, hands, head, neck and face. No prior yoga experience necessary.
