SLOW FLOW | Yoga Pearl

Enjoy a slow, mindful Vinyasa practice to gently arrive to your Sunday morning. We will wake up the body up with a breath to movement flow and close practice with restorative poses. This 60 minute practice is accompanied by music and spiritual inspirations to take your yoga off the mat and into your week.  All Levels.
