Yin + Myofascial Release: Upper Body | Yoga Pearl

This practice uses myofascial release and self-massage techniques, pranayama and yin yoga poses to reduce pain, release fascial adhesions and improve mobility in the upper body. Starting with the hips, we’ll work our way up to address restrictions and imbalances in the hips, back, arms, hands, head, neck and face. No prior yoga experience necessary.
