Yin + Myofascial Release: Lower Body | Yoga Pearl

This practice uses myofascial release and self-massage techniques, pranayama and yin yoga poses to reduce pain, release fascial adhesions and improve mobility in the lower body. Starting with the plantar fascia on the bottoms of the feet, we’ll work our way up to address restrictions and imbalances in the feet, ankles, legs and hips. No prior yoga experience necessary.
