A lot of us hold tension in our head, face and jaw without even realizing. In this 2 hour workshop we will go over the anatomy of the skull as well as the muscles that attach there and how and why any of it is applicable to the practice of yoga. We’ll also learn some simple myofascial release and self massage techniques to help reduce headaches and overall general tension. Mostly lecture with time for questions and a little bit of practice. Please bring a pen + paper to take notes if you’d like.
